The problem it solves is a familiar one: people waste time doom-scrolling across multiple apps to find something to watch, because their favorites, saved media, and recommendations are never organized in one central place.
Where the frustration consistently happens
The research phase shaped both the direction and the feature set. Through competitive analysis, user interviews, and behavioral research, clear patterns emerged around how people navigate streaming today — and exactly where the friction lives. The scale of the problem is well documented:
